WHAT IF I'M NOT FERTILE, NOT MENSTRUATING, OR DON'T HAVE A UTERUS? That absolutely does not matter. This course is for all ages. If you identify with either a physical womb or an energetic womb-space, this course is for you. HOW WILL I STAY MOTIVATED? I STRUGGLE WITH ACCOUNTABILITY. Each week provides creative and insightful journal exercises to keep you on track discovering yourself. Also, you're never behind, take the course at your own pace. The course materials are available to you whenever you need. HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I DEDICATE EACH WEEK TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE? I suggest approximately 1-2 hours/week. This includes listening to the audio lesson (which is typically 20-40 mins), plus additional time for the embodiment class (depending on the lesson, this will be either a guided meditation or a womb yoga class), plus the journaling prompts. You're welcome to change this pace to suit your schedule. WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT DURING THE COURSE? You can reach me via email anytime.
